Who I Work With: The Overwhelmed and The Anxious

Individual Therapy

in Connecticut:

I offer comprehensive mental health counseling for women and girls seeking support for challenges with anxiety and ADHD.

Therapy is available in-person in Greenwich or throughout CT via Telehealth.

High-Functioning Overwhelm

On the outside: crushing it. On the inside: barely hanging on. You've mastered the art of last-minute hyperfocus to meet deadlines, but the constant mental gymnastics are exhausting. Your friends see the promotions and achievements, not how your apartment looks when executive dysfunction hits. You've got notification systems for your notification systems, yet somehow still feel perpetually behind. The phrase "I don't know how you do it all" makes you want to laugh-cry because the answer is: not sustainably.

The Emotional

Roller Coaster

You don't just feel things – you experience them with your entire being. A great night out? Euphoria. Minor criticism? Devastation. Your brain struggles to regulate these emotions, while anxiety keeps replaying awkward social moments on loop. You notice everything – someone's slight tone shift, a weird look, a change in plans – and your body responds with immediate physical symptoms. You've mastered the "bathroom break" escape to reset when sensory overload hits.

So Many Ideas

no follow-through

Your Notes app is a graveyard of brilliant ideas you never completed. Your brain constantly generates amazing, creative solutions that you struggle to implement. You thrive under pressure but procrastinate until the last possible minute, which your anxiety hates. The phrase "this will only take five minutes" is a cosmic joke – it's either 30 seconds or three hours, no in-between. You've learned to laugh about your "time blindness," but secretly wonder why basic adulting feels like playing life on hard mode.

Areas of Focus:

I specialize in working with teens, college students and young women struggling with worry, intrusive thoughts, body image challenges, disorganization, and self-doubt. You do not need to have a formal diagnosis to benefit from therapy.

$175 - $200 per session for weekly therapy ($250 for clinical eating disorder treatment).

A number of sliding scale slots are available for clients facing financial barriers. Please do not hesitate to ask me about this.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • I do not accept insurance, as a result of my commitment to individualized, customized support. Unfortunately, working with insurance companies often limits care, as insurance providers often dictate care.

My individual therapy rate is $175-$200 per session ($250 for family based eating disorder treatment)

As a mental health professional committed to providing access to care for people of all backgrounds, sliding scale pricing is also available. Payment is collected via my client portal.

Clients working with Well Supported are private-pay and are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate under the No Surprises Act. Additionally, I provide all clients with a superbill. Superbills can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

  • I do not have a waitlist and am accepting new clients at this time. Click “Book a Consultation Call” to set some time on my calendar. After that first call, we can begin sessions together as early as the next day.

  • No! Plenty of clients come in to talk more generally about life stressors, school troubles, or worries about college, a new job, family drama etc.

Consistent Support:

I work with a model I call Consistent Support. Clients pay one weekly rate, and then have their weekly session. After session, we decide if we’re going to check in again at a later point in the week (usually via phone) before the next session. That way, you’re not left hanging in between sessions (while life carries on).
